Leadership team for Variosystems Germany GmbH is now complete

With the acquisition of Heicks Industrieelektronik in April 2025, Variosystems has taken an important step to strengthen its presence in Germany. Customers from demanding industries such as Aerospace & Defense, MedTech, and Industrial are supported in partnership from development through to series production.

The integration is progressing successfully, and processes are being gradually harmonized. As of October 1, 2025, the leadership team of Variosystems Germany GmbH is now fully staffed.

Marvin Weinmeyer leads the Customer Organization Europe North

Geseke serves as the headquarters of the Customer Organization Europe North, enabling comprehensive support for German customers – locally rooted, globally connected, and spanning the entire electronics value chain.

Since June 1, 2025, Marvin Weinmeyer has been heading the Customer Organization. He brings extensive leadership experience and has successfully led teams in Sales, Project Management, and Customer Service in various roles, making key contributions to optimizing customer-related processes. His deep understanding of customer needs and his focus on efficient, digitalized workflows make him a valuable addition to the European leadership team.

The Geseke site is also home to production for circuit board assembly and box build assembly, while serving as a technology center for surface treatments of electronic solutions. With its European market leadership in parylene coating – particularly critical in the demanding aerospace sector – the site underscores its strategic importance.

Since October 1, 2025, Dennis Böttcher has strengthened the leadership team as General Manager and Head of Operations Germany. With many years of experience in electronics manufacturing, he brings broad expertise in managing complex production processes and in the strategic development of manufacturing sites. His experience in series production of advanced electronic solutions, combined with his deep understanding of quality, efficiency, and technology, make him an important driver for the site.
